Looks like your package might be lion around somewhere!  If your tracking shows it’s been delivered but you haven’t received it, give it 2-3 business days—sometimes it’s just taking its time. In the meantime, make sure your shipping address is correct.

If it still hasn’t arrived, don’t paws for too long—reach out to us with your name, order number and the address associated with the order and we’ll work with the carrier to track it down and resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
