We guarantee tracking for at least six months. On average, transmitters send signals for about one year, though sometimes they can go on for up to two years—or occasionally less than a year.

If your animal’s tracking is cut short within that time frame, we’ll gladly send you a new one to keep the adventure going! Just reach out with your animal name, order number and email associated with your account. 

If your animal stops tracking after six months, we hope you’ll consider getting a new one to continue supporting our nonprofit partners and their wild mission to save endangered species!
