How do I return my order?Updated 5 months ago

You can return items within 30 days of purchase, but once that time has passed, we won’t be able to process returns, refunds, or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

To return your item, just mail it to:

A few important things to note:

  • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and those are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping will be deducted from it.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—just in case, so we can be sure we get your item. 
  • We’ll notify you via email once we receive your return and let you know if it’s been approved or rejected. If approved, you’ll see your refund within 30 days on your original payment method.

A couple of exceptions to note:

  • Gift cards and Fahlo made-to-order items (like clothing) can’t be returned or refunded.
  • Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.

And, if there’s an issue with the shipping address, we’re unable to offer a refund, return, or re-ship the item if it was incorrect. So please double-check that shipping info before finalizing your order!
