Do other people track the animal I track?Updated 5 months ago

We do have a limited amount of animals provided by our Wildlife partners. As you can shell-ebrate, live animals can be very unpredictable, and they may lose their trackers while roaming in their natural habitats. We work closely with our Wildlife organizations to ensure a steady flow of new animals to replace those that have gone off-grid, so we can provide replacements to our customers if tracking is interrupted within 6 months of purchase.

Tracking as many animals as bracelets sold would be a Herculean task, but it's all part of our mission to continue supporting our wildlife partners. This helps them sustain their research and conservation efforts, ensuring we can continue to offer a shell of a good time for our customers with new animals to track. So yes, there are times when people share the same animal, and we don't shy away from sharing these stories in our posts, stories, and most recently in our app's new followers feature!

If you have any other questions, just turtle on back our way. We're happy to stick our heads out of our shells to help!
