While each bracelet or plush typically comes with its own unique animal, we do our best to avoid sending duplicates within a single order. If you do happen to receive multiples of the same animal, just pounce on the chance to reach out to us. Just send over the name of the animal, the order number and the email associated with the order. We’ll be happy to help and get everything sorted for you.
